We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at refunds@primehardwaresupply.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They're issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that a few products may be subject to a restocking fee upon refund. Where a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount, and the applicable fee will be communicated to you when your return is approved.
Exchanges are available. If a product does not fit your system, we can replace it, or if you would prefer, we can exchange it for the original product you ordered. To arrange an exchange, contact us at refunds@primehardwaresupply.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
